After graduating, I joined the Codeworks team, balancing my time between mentoring students and refining the curriculum. After that, I worked at Smart Communications where I gained further hands-on experience working in a production engineering environment, which helped me sharpen my technical foundations, communication, and understanding of real-world delivery expectations.Through these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with teams of all sizes across different time zones, honing a work style that prioritizes flexibility, clarity, and collaboration.
